We’d like to talk to you about freedom. Freedom is Not doing whatever you want, as determined by the Ego. Freedom is actually being in the Flow of Oneness, and so experiencing doing Nothing while Accomplishing Everything.
Oneness is never boring because it is experiencing one’s Self in all the myriad aspects of Creation—the trees, grass, bird songs, lawn mower sound, and one’s breath and body.
When one must have something right away, that is the ego talking. When one feels akin to the surroundings and relaxed in oneself, then that is the Higher Self or the Allah or the Divine Oneness (as named by the Australian aborigines).

We will use: intuitive song, creative movement, meditative journeys, and journaling to:

What to Wear: loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
What to Bring: a notebook and writing/drawing utensils, preferably unlined paper, Drums, rattles you can move with and A “Let’s Have Fun” attitude!
Our exploration will be approximately two hours, with a break and healthy snacks and tea available.

If you read the front page story of the SF Chronicle recently, you
would have read about a female humpback whale who had become entangled in a spider web of crab traps and lines. She was weighted down by hundreds of pounds of traps that caused her to struggle to stay afloat. She also had hundreds of yards of line rope wrapped around her body, her tail, her torso, a line tugging in her mouth.
A fisherman spotted her just east of the
Farralone
Islands (outside
the
Golden Gate) and radioed an environmental group for help. Within a
few hours, the rescue team arrived and determined that she was so bad off, the only way to save her was to dive in and untangle her. A very dangerous proposition. One slap of the tail could kill a rescuer.
They worked for hours with curved knives and eventually freed her.
When she was free, the divers say she swam in what seemed like joyous circles. The then came back to each and every diver, one at a time, and nudged them, pushed gently around - she thanked them. Some said it was the most incredibly beautiful experience of their lives. The guy who cut the rope out of her mouth says her eye was following him the whole time, and he will never be the same.

Nov. 1-17, eight beautiful people (including me, Nisa Nature), are going to be visiting Peru and Bolivia for the purpose of bringing balancing energies through sacred ceremonies led by Shamans (medicine people). We will also go through personal healing ceremonies in order to serve the Universe from our full personal joys and powers.
My sacred sankalpas or intentions for this very special journey are to help the Earth and all her living beings through bringing back new material and songs for Nisa Nature’s Adventures children’s show, and bringing back healing songs given to me as gift from Nature. I also intend to create two e-books–one book for children ,and one book for adults. Each book will include Nature Songs. Check on this blog after Nov. 17, and I will give you an update on the lessons and gifts we received from this journey.
